The longest training video takes 7 minutes and includes a complete system summary. Most users can be sufficiently trained on the system's basic RFP functions after this quick tutorial. Follow along with the video and pop-up dialogs will guide you through the features and tools available via the system. While the ProposalLink system is relatively easy to use, the training is quite valuable and will reduce the amount of time users need to spend working on their RFPs.

If you have questions on specific ProposalLink features, individual videos are available based on subject. Each video takes about 1 minute and is focused on a particular RFP response task.

Be sure to print out the single page Quick Tips sheet. This sheet is short but contains valuable information that will undoubtedly improve your experience with ProposalLink. The tip sheet has ideas, suggestions and general guidelines that speed up the RFP response process.
